Founded by the Late Shri N. S. Nair, an esteemed former Indian Air Force personnel and a
highly skilled administrator, our firm has stood the test of time. Following his passing in
2016, I took over the reins of the organization. Initially hesitant, I have since grown into the
role, experiencing a roller coaster of challenges and invaluable lessons along the way.
We operate as a proprietorship, fully compliant with all statutory requirements. We are
registered with the Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and GST,
among other regulatory bodies.
Our recruitment agency division specializes in the tourism, travel, and aviation sectors,
leveraging my extensive experience and education in these fields, including a Postgraduate
degree in personnel management and a Master’s degree in travel and tourism management.

The entire house-keeping of the factory premises was managed and supervised by our team
The cleaning and maintenance of the entire Paint shop floor was taken care by our team.
House- Keeping, civil maintenance, hospital- assistance staff was provided by us for more than 20 years.
The upkeep and supervision of all the chemical plants was done by our team.
The semiskilled and skilled workers were under our payroll for more the 20 years.
The administrative and support staff has been in service for more than two decades.
